Immediate start positions are currently available in our Cairns Office for a suitably qualified Electrical Services Engineer and Electrical CAD Drafter / Trainee.

MGF Consultants (NQ) Pty Ltd is a leading Firm of Building Services Consulting Engineers specialising in Mechanical, Electrical and Acoustic Engineering for the Building and Construction Industry.

Electrical Building Services Engineer

The successful applicant shall :

Have a minimum 5 years experience in Electrical Services Design relevant to medium to large scale commercial and multi unit residential building projects;

Be proficient in CAD drafting using Auto CAD / Revit and be familiar with the use of MS Office with at least ‘Intermediate’ level proficiency with MS Excel;

Be highly motivated, possess a professional manner, and have good communication and ‘people’ skills;

Be innovative and committed to environmentally sustainable design.

Be eligible for membership with the Institute of Engineers, Australia.

Electrical CAD Drafter / Trainee

The successful applicant shall :

Be proficient in CAD drafting using Auto CAD and be familiar with the use of MS Excel;

Be highly motivated, possess a professional manner, and have good communication and ‘people’ skills;
